Rainbow Cupcakes

A friend of mine made some really cool rainbow cupcakes. I thought I would try it and make them for Brothers class for St. Patricks Day. I did a trial run first just to see how they would turn out. Turns out the trial run was it.

Brother ended up going to California and missed school on St. Patricks Day. They were pretty easy to make, just time consuming. Sister Bear who loves rainbows thought they were pretty great.

I think I will do them again for Sister Bears birthday. Of course they will be topped with purple frosting.
