There are daffodil fields where we live. Sister loves daffodils. Usually every week in the spring we buy a bunch or two daffodils from the store. We have a Daffodil Parade in our town. We've never been, but I think this year might be different. There is a Daffodil Queen and her court. They wear big fancy yellow dresses, like Belle.
The library had story time with two of the Daffodil princesses. Sister Bear was all over that. She had to wear a dress and her own crown.
The princesses read some stories and then colored with the kids for awhile. It was such a nice day that we walked around downtown when story time was over.
Then we bought some daffodils and headed home.
